The show is titled, Crazy for You and is described as: A Houston oil tycoon's affair with a former rodeo queen leads to drugs, debauchery and death.

Based on evidence the state put forward, it does appear to be a premeditated murder.  She was convicted and is eligible for parole in 2027.
